Working principle of filter
A filter is an indispensable device on the pipeline for conveying media, usually installed at the inlet of pressure reducing valves, relief valves, constant water level valves, and other equipment such as square filters. After the filter cartridge has a certain specification of filter screen, its impurities are blocked. When cleaning is needed, simply remove the detachable filter cartridge, process it, and reinstall it. Therefore, it is extremely convenient to use and maintain.

The filter consists of a cylinder, a stainless steel filter screen, a discharge part, a transmission device, and an electrical control part. Filters can be divided into air filters, liquid filters, network filters, and light filters according to the medium. Our company mainly develops liquid filters, including water treatment series filters and hydraulic oil series filters. Hydraulic oil filters are mainly used in the oil filtration industry, including oil suction filters, return oil filters, pipeline filters, etc. In fact, there are many types of filters, such as laminated filters, sand rod filters, carbon filters, plate and frame filters, activated carbon filters, diatomaceous earth filters, microporous filters, etc. The main principle is to use the pore size of the filter medium to intercept substances smaller than the pore size of the medium. Of course, some filter media also have special effects such as adsorption.

Working principle
The water to be treated by the filter enters the body through the inlet, and impurities in the water deposit on the stainless steel filter screen, resulting in a pressure difference. By monitoring the pressure difference at the outlet of the filter through a differential pressure switch, when the pressure difference reaches the set value, the electronic controller sends a signal to the hydraulic control valve to drive the motor, triggering the following actions: the motor drives the brush to rotate, cleaning the filter element, and at the same time, the control valve opens for sewage discharge. The entire cleaning process only lasts for a few tens of seconds. When the cleaning is completed, the control valve is closed, the motor stops rotating, and the system returns to its initial state, starting the next filtering process.

After installation, the equipment is debugged by technicians to set the filtration time and cleaning conversion time. The water to be treated enters the body through the inlet, and the filter starts to work normally. When the preset cleaning time is reached, the electronic controller sends signals to the hydraulic control valve and the driving motor, triggering the following actions: the motor drives the brush to rotate, cleaning the filter element, and at the same time, the control valve opens for sewage discharge. The entire cleaning process only lasts for a few tens of seconds. When the cleaning is completed, the control valve is closed, the motor stops rotating, the system returns to its initial state, and the next filtration process begins.
